They are looking for a EA to join them, as their EA you will be supporting senior executives and multiple stakeholders in the UK and US from their London office.
About you:
- Experience operating as an Executive Assistant, preferably for C-Suite level
- Experience of office management responsibilities or roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion when working with csuite executives & highprofile clients
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
Some responsibilities include:
- Provides administrative and operational support.
- Supports in the execution of presentations required by the Chief of Staff and the UK and US Executive team.
- Manages and maintain key executives schedules, including travel, conferences, appointments, expense reporting etc.
- Supports with filing of documents for audit and record keeping.
- Manages day to day running of the London Office and provides interface with the team to ensure efficiency.
- Provides support for key events such as Company Socials, Leadership and training events, board meetings etc.
- Provides support for onboarding new employees for both London and the US.
- Assists in reports and projects as needed.
