We are a leading interior fit out contractor with nationwide coverage working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors.

We are currently seeking an Internal Recruiter to join the team as we go through rapid expansion to assist with managing the internal recruitment process.

Experience of working in a similar role or company would be beneficial as well as experience or understanding of recruiting tradesman and workshop/warehouse staff within the construction or manufacturing sector as well as management roles.

Commercial awareness, an understanding of HR, CIS Payments, IR35 Regulations would all be useful as well as taking ownership of the recruitment cycle.

We are hiring largely on attitude so the willingness to learn and being committed to the role is integral as other skills can be quickly learnt.

You will be reporting into a senior professional but will have high levels of autonomy in the role.
