    Position: 2nd Line Support Engineer

    Schedule:
    Full-time, on-site role (5 days per week)

    Our key client, a highly reputable financial services business, provides a comprehensive range of services tailored to the UK market.

    They are on the search for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide support to internal users across their London offices.

    You will be based on-site at the main branch in Central London (close to Bank station).
    Proficient in both 1st and 2nd Line Support
    Experience in providing direct IT support to senior stakeholders
    Strong knowledge of IT hardware systems, including laptops, mobiles, phones, AV equipment, meeting rooms, telephony systems, and other equipment
    Familiar with the Microsoft stack, including AD, M365, Azure, and Windows OS
    Proven ability to maintain applications on servers
    Experience with cloud-based servers
    Proficiency in networking, encompassing WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi, is desirable
    Liaise between internal users, senior internal personnel at the company, and external vendors.
    Act as a direct contact to senior management teams
    Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate the smooth implementation of IT solutions
    Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware systems
    Manage and resolve escalated issues from the IT help desk
    Manage cloud-based server environments
