Our school, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate Behavior Mentor to join our friendly and supportive Special Educational Needs Department.

37 hours per week Term Time Only plus 1 week

Salary:
(
£21,968 per annum) Starting salary £19,379.94 per annum based on 46 weeks.

Applicants should be creative and forward thinking and have the drive and motivation to support the further development of the department and the school.

Experience of working with children/young adults.
High levels of commitment and enthusiasm.
Initiative, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
Calm under pressure.
Punctual and reliable.

You will be joining a committed team of staff, who work with enthusiastic and positive students, who are keen to learn.
