Our well established business is growing and we are looking for a Lettings Office Coordinator to join our team Brand Vaughan are the largest letting agent in the city, built upon the highest standards of customer service and delivering outstanding results for our clients.


This is a rare opportunity to join our extremely busy and fast based team in central Hove and offers a fantastic stepping stone into the industry.

You'll need to be highly organised, able to work well in a dynamic and energetic environment and understand the importance of working within a team.


Location - Hove


Hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday, 8:45am6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am 3pm.

Role Summary

  • Registering Tenants and book in viewings
  • Organising a busy team diary and preparing keys for appointments
  • Servicing inbound calls and enquiries
  • Listening to potential tenants requirements and finding them their ideal next home
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
  • Window cards and branch material to be managed and rotated weekly
  • General business for organic business growth
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback
