Introduction:


To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Tutor Support Team Leader, process of data capture in line with company policy, quality assurance processes and auditable funding requirements.

To successfully manage a cohort of FL tutors, monitor workload, attendance and submission of work


Key Responsibilities:


DUTIES

  • Liaise with Tutor Allocation Officer and tutors to produce an accurate allocation of tutors work in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify learner submissions requiring reallocation and offer support to process in a timely manner
  • Produce daily ducket lists to successfully track and monitor tutor submission of work
  • Carry out comprehensive and indepth monthly 11's with tutors, ensuring that KPI's and tutor standards and expectations are being met
  • Identify tutor submission by college contract, process and accurately input onto company system daily to meet set targets
  • Process tutor submission of marked work, ensuring audit and quality assurance processes have been met
  • Support other members of the team to ensure tutor submission and issues arising from the submissions are addressed timely
  • Supply processed information to internal departments to progress learners qualification
  • Liaise with Tutor Support Team Leader with issues relating to tutors and support them to address issues
  • Respond to queries from tutors accurately and timely
  • Maintain an effective link between tutor and company by promoting a positive attitude
  • Support other members of the team to ensure paperwork is prepared to company standard and dispatched timely
  • Correspond in a professional manner with all internal and external customers
  • Generate reports as requested
  • Analyse daily overdue reports and address issues effectively with tutors
  • Attend, organise and prepare documentation, agendas and minutes for meetings

  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills both verbally and written
  • Capable of identifying and solve problems and prioritise own workload
  • Selfmotivated and adept in integrating into a team
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, Excel including basic formulas

Essential Criteria:
