Project Assistant

Edinburgh (Hybrid 1-2 days in office)

6 months with scope to extend




PAY RATE:
Circa £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Our client has a mission to build the bank of the future, and they need your help to do it


You will have a chance work within the Commercial Delivery Rectification & Remediation Team, you will be part of a team of Project Assistants in a dedicated Remediation Support Team (RST) to deliver a key remediation project related to Card Service productsfor the Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) division.


About the role:


Key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Manage the end-to-end remediation activities for a portfolio of BCB Clients.
  • Follow documented processes and procedures.
  • Delivers prescribed client outcomes within the remediation delivery plan.
  • Assess potential and actual risk within your portfolio to maintain Groupwide policy standards.
  • Populating and updating core data and systems whilst maintaining excellent levels of quality.
  • Provide support across the Team as and when required.

  • Building relationships and communicate effectively
  • Interpersonal skills active listening and effective questioning
  • Strong analytical skills and confident in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Team player and willingness to support activities across the Team
  • Understanding of Card Services products like Cardnet but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Client Money or Payment Services regulations
  • Previous experience working on regulatory or remediation activities.
