Even during these unprecedented times, my client, a global leading financial services organisation is still very much "business as usual".

They are now seeking a Product Owner that can be based out of their London or Surrey offices. The role is hybrid, working1 to 2 days in the office and the WFH.


This is a new pivotal role that has been created within a team that has been set up as an early adopter of the new cross functional team model being explored by the business and will form a new strategic roadmap by building a new product centric approachto how this area of the business manages customer correspondence.


As the new Product Owner you will bring your squad(s) together to first deeply understand the client needs, envision the product approach and work with other squads to prioritise and manage the work, and take the lead to effectively prioritise and resolvedependencies.


You will work with your teams, chapters and team leadership to ensure alignment of key objectives with the overall business vision and strategy and delivering business results and customer outcomes as measured by your specific KPIs.


With a strong emphasis on people and team, you will need to build a cross functional group from all necessary areas of the business to create a highly effective organisation that is focussed on both the change and operational aspects of the business areain remit.

This will include the need to lead across different countries with different cultures and in different time-zones.


With knowledge of working within an Agile environment, you will already a Product Owner where your experience will have been gained within digital and/or customer communications that includes driving digital transformation, coupled with the ability to managesenior stakeholders within an evolving and changing environment.
