Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join the team at luxury residential development in South West London.

The role will involve conducting a range of maintenance services including anything from landscaping through to painting &decorating and general maintenance.

Painting & decorating.
Patchwork plastering.
Basic carpentry.
Basic plumbing.
Basic roofing.
General property maintenance

You can expect to undertake the following duties:

Carrying out a program scheduled of works.
Performing a range of varied maintenance tasks, ranging from general landscaping through to painting & decorating and more.
All tools and materials provided to you.
Keeping progress/status of jobs entered into company issued device (smartphone/tablet).
Working alone and within a team.

Experience/Qualifications:

Several years of experience in the trade and being able to demonstrate excellent ability in the desired areas.
Excellent communication skills.
Can demonstrate excellent personal presentation
Self motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and a trustworthy team player.
Must have good organisation skills.
Must have excellent spoken and written English skills.
Must be friendly and have a professional attitude.
