What's involved with this role:
Contract to start on until with a possible extension.


Key Duties:
To act as the client's advocate all relevant Tribunals. Scrutinising and, where appropriate,appealing Tribunal decisions.


To deal impartially with complaints made regarding Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefits, Council Tax Support (CTS), Discretionary Housing Payments (DHP), Local Welfare Assistance, Free School Meals and Resident Financial Services.


Salary:
£21.85 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
