The role
The role of
Customer Retention Specialist is really important to us. You will be responsible for handling customer cancellation requests to prevent churn within the existing Telematics customer base.

We would love to welcome you to our
Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.


Salary:
£40,000 OTE in year one


Location:
Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG


Hours:
Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:00pm

What we do...
Radius Telematics has a range of products from Kinesis, Atom, Kinesis Vision and Kinesis Pro. Telematics that we provide can be used for all sizes of fleet and industries.

Radius Telematics provides user friendly software that gives vehicle-tracking information to business users worldwide. Vehicle hardware ranges from self-install devices to high-end equipment with dashboard cameras.


Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Day to day management of cancellation and stop requests
  • Reduce Customer Attrition to enhance business performance
  • Accurate reporting on cancellations to enable additional training and development
  • Secure new contracts with retained customers
  • Up sell new products offerings
  • Account Manage retained customer base to increase customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with the Account Management team to prevent cancellations requests
  • Service multiple customers concurrently

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and empathise with customers
  • Selfmotivated, capable of working on own initiative
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to function in an extremely high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition
