Marketplaces Executive - Manchester (Hybrid Working) - £30,000 DOE - Ecommerce
Our client is a dynamic and growing e-commerce enterprise, venturing into various sales channels with remarkable potential for expansion.
They are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Marketplaces Executive, responsible for enhancing their presence on platforms such as Wayfair UK and Debenhams, with plans to extend their reach into additional channels over the next 12-18 months.
The Marketplaces Executive will be at the forefront of our client's sales strategy, working on the day-to-day operations and performance of key sales channels.
They will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring account health, optimising product listings, and managing trading activities.
Additionally, this role will involve coordinating and facilitating the launch of new channels, working closely with the Head of Marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Oversight: Lead sales, profits, account health, and product range, and analyse sales, strategise trading, report data, and study competitors
- Account Health Management: Monitor metrics, ensure top health, and alert the team
- Product Optimisation: Upload, enhance, collaborate, ensure SKUs, identify products
- Trading Expertise: Plan trading, adjust prices, and manage the trading calendar
- Launching Channels: Lead ecommerce for seamless channel launches
- External Communications & Ads: Cultivate account relationships, enhance ad performance for strong sales & ROAS
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years experience managing Marketplaces including Amazon, Wayfair and/or Ebay
- Strong analytical skills as well as confident to lead launches with new marketplaces/partners
- Driven and adaptable, with a continuous hunger to acquire new skills and responsibilities
- Keen eye for detail, facilitating the accurate completion of detailoriented tasks
- Confidence in communication and relationshipbuilding, both internally and externally
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and projects concurrently
- Organised, flexible, and proactive, with an innate "cando" attitude
- Strong analytical abilities and a high level of proficiency in Excel
Beneficial Skills:
- Experience managing Wayfair accounts would be extremely advantageous
- Knowledge of using Channel Advisor or a similar
