WHAT TO EXPECT
As part of the Subject matter expert (
SME) community, you will be a functional resource for the company. This role includes developing the future company strategy for processes, components and systems ultimate refinement.

You will be a custodian of elements of our key technology for current and future products. You will be expected to teach, mentor and present at global conferences.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Indepth knowledge and technical expertise in all areas of EP EDU LubriCooling this must include competitor's intelligence, physical validation testing, CAE Validation and invehicle strategies
  • Analytical skills including the ability to conduct complex research into new technologies and tools
  • Indepth knowledge of the forward model quality applied to thermal systems (FFA, DFMEA etc)
  • Expert in the area of Powertrain Cooling focusing on BEV (EDUs, Inverters, eMachines, transmissions, thermal management for EDUs)
  • Expert problemsolving skills
