WHAT TO EXPECT
As part of the Subject matter expert (
SME) community, you will be a functional resource for the company. This role includes developing the future company strategy for processes, components and systems ultimate refinement.

You will be a custodian of elements of our key technology for current and future products. You will be expected to teach, mentor and present at global conferences.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Indepth knowledge and technical expertise in all areas of EP EDU LubriCooling this must include competitor's intelligence, physical validation testing, CAE Validation and invehicle strategies
Analytical skills including the ability to conduct complex research into new technologies and tools
Indepth knowledge of the forward model quality applied to thermal systems (FFA, DFMEA etc)
Expert in the area of Powertrain Cooling focusing on BEV (EDUs, Inverters, eMachines, transmissions, thermal management for EDUs)
Expert problemsolving skills
