Service Charge Accounts Assistant - SE- Office based - up to £35k

My client is a fast growing independent managing agent based in SE London.

With a diverse portfolio comprising RMC, Freeholder and Developer sites, their reputation for a details oriented, cost effective quality service has enabled year on year growth that now justifies an additional Service Charge Accounting hire as follows:

1 years leasehold accounting experience, ideally with budget setting exposure but at the very least, the ability to competently input invoices onto QUBE
Familiarity with QUBE software preferred but not essential, good general awareness of CRM's and the ability to learn quickly a must.
Ambitious with the desire to progress over time with training (will work directly alongside a highly experienced and patient FD)
No requirement to undertake year end accounting duties (though training will lead to this level of responsibility eventually)
Fully office based no home working
Great premises, vibrant team & atmosphere well served by public transport
Genuine career path with job security
Starting salary will fall between £2535k depending on experience and qualification
