About the TeamThe corporate team is at the forefront of guiding clients through complex transactions and strategic business initiatives, delivering tailored solutions to meet their diverse needs.
They serve a diverse clientele including companies, founders, investors, and universities, guiding them through startup phases, venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and public listings.
Responsibilities:
Engage in diverse transactional and advisory work including M&A, private equity, fundraisings, joint ventures, and reorganizations.
Represent clients across various industries including mining, real estate, media, and technology.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Contribute to business development efforts.
Supervise junior team members and manage matters efficiently.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE in a corporate practice at a reputable law firm.
Broad corporate transactional and advisory experience, including M&A and private equity.
Exposure to mid-market and larger deals preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
Experience in matter management and team supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
