What to expect:


As a Head of Organisation Design, you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable role; responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation and optimisation of the organisation's structure and processes.


Reporting to the People Director - Services, you will work closely with the business to align OD strategies with business goals to enhance efficiencies, create meaningful roles and foster a high-performance culture.

In addition, you will lead on major OD change initiatives ensuring effective communication, stakeholder management and post implementation reviews.


This role offers you a unique opportunity to develop and own OD principles to guide the design of the future organisation and working collaboratively across the People Team to integrate these principles into our services.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will be an experienced HR professional, with a strong background in organisation design. As Head of OD, you will demonstrate the ability to lead on strategic people changes and effective planning.


You will:

  • Demonstrate strong change management skills in large, complex organisations.
  • Possess a good understanding of employment law and experience operating in a highly unionised environment
  • Have a strong analytical mindset to guide datadriven decision making.
  • Possess firstclass communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong business relationships.
  • Be colleague focussed with the ability to recognise the impact of business decisions
  • Be passionate about personal development and working in an environment of continuous improvement.
