An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Neurology Rehabilitation Service. We are looking to expand our team of Therapy Assistant Practitioners. If you are passionate about providing high quality and specialist community care for people with Neurological conditions, this is the role for you

The Community Neurological Rehabilitation service (CNRS) is based at St Marys hospital and provides specialist multidisciplinary rehabilitation for people with a range of long-term neurological conditions living in Leeds.

Our multi-disciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Psychologists, Dietitian and more.

We provide goal focussed, time limited rehabilitation interventions in a variety of community settings which may include patients own home, care/nursing home, or an educational or employment setting.

You may also be covering within the community neurological discharge team, which is an occupational therapy led service.

**1x Fixed term 12 months contract (24 hours)
