We are currently recruiting SIA LICENSED HEAD DOORMAN/WOMAN, for roles at a number of nightclubs / bars including high profile venues in and around London.

The opportunity

Venue capacity 2000
Leading a team of up to 40 experienced door supervisors

Working Hours

Shifts available midweek and weekends, part time or full time from 2 to 7 nights a week.

Duties & Requirements

MUST be comfortable working in licensed premises, responsibilities will include:

Screening and searching individuals
Supervising customer arrivals
Ensuring customers are able to enjoy a night out in a safe and secure environment
Carrying out ID checks
Crowd control
Controlling entry and exit route
Ensuring that incidents are recorded & reported accurately
Identify training needs within the team

Applicants Must:

Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor Badge
Be able to provide a 5year work/school history
Have previous Head Door Supervisor experience
Be able to work as part of a team
Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused
Have proven experience within the security industry

In return we offer:

Pay rate £17.00 per hour, depending on experience
