Due to our ongoing company growth, we have a need for a Treasury Assistant to join our business in the UK.
What will you be doing?
As our Treasury Assistant your primary focus will be to support the Treasury manager on international, multi-currency transactions
This includes:
- Daily processing of payments and receipts across over 30 bank accounts
- Daily bank reconciliations between statements and accounting records
- Assist with opening bank accounts, setting up mandates and treasury controls
- Working with the finance and payroll team to make payments for the correct amount, correct currency and ontime
- Support on 'knowyourcustomer' data requests from banks
- Intercompany netting and intercompany loan agreements
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel and Word skills are essential
- Resilient and hardworking with a high level of numeracy skills
