    Scheduling Coordinator - You will be responsible for scheduling professional services talent for client assessment delivery work, based on assignments provided by their manager and requests from internal or external clients.

    Duties of the Scheduling Coordinator:

    • Act as an expert in scheduling requirements for assessments and 360 feedback
    • Align internal resources (e.g. consultant expertise) with client needs
    • Respond in a timely manner to internal scheduling request
    • Work directly with client contacts to schedule delivery work
    • Update and maintain all necessary tracking databases

    You must be available for work to start ASAP, this role is for approx 6 months probably longer.

    Hybrid - in the office 1 day per week

    Monday - Friday
