Due to a demanding increase in workload our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on network build projects involving civils and fibre aspects.

Key Essentials:_

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring high volume FTTH projects on existing / new network build involving civils, underground fibre (cabling / splicing) and overhead pole works
Overseeing the management of Supervisors, direct staff and subcontractors
Ensuring all works are completed within Health, Safety, Quality and Streetwork guidelines
Managing KPI's and the productivity of staff
Ensuring that schemes are delivered within tight timeframes and budgets
Holding regular review meetings with subcontractors; ensuring that they are completing allocated work accordingly
Key contact in liaising with the client whilst conducting regular progress meetings

Project Management experience of high volume FTTH projects involving civils and fibre aspects
Telecoms network build experience is
ESSENTIAL
Methodical operational experience with good manmanagement skills
