Role Overview

What you'll do:

You'll proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers and intermediaries.

You'll proactively build and maintain a network of contacts throughout the business in order to facilitate solutions to issues or complaints received via a number of mediums necessary and acting as a day to day contact for our customers to ensure there is a good customer experience.

You'll also provide guidance and support to Account Managers at all times


What you'll bring:


  • The ability to investigate and resolve queries
  • The ability to problem solve
  • Thorough understanding of Bupa's products
  • Confident and articulate with the ability to challenge at all levels effectively
  • Self reliant, self disciplined
  • Understanding of TCF principles and demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, and the ability to work with a mínimal level of supervision
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment and deliver results / achieve target
