- Inpatient wards; ICU, Oncology, Surgery and Orthopaedics, Cardiology/Medicine, and Paediatrics
- Outpatient; Executive screens, Gastroenterology including low FODMAP diets, Nutrition Support, Diabetes, Cardiology, Renal, Bariatric, Gynae, Liver and Paediatrics.
- Develop and implement policies and protocols within the hospital.
- Develop, enhance, and grow services, seek new opportunities, and deliver first class dietetic services to patients, customer, and key stakeholders.
- To provide clinical support / cover as necessary, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to contribute to enhanced dietetic specialist services.
- Lead robust governance, audit, and risk management for the service.
- Identify and implement service improvements and market the department to promote service and new referrals.
- Excellent people management experience
- Master's or equivalent experience in Dietetics
- Member of HCPC
- Clinical dietetic background within a broad range of specialities both in clinics and ward based.
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Paediatrics Experience (desirable)
- Experience of managing a budget (desirable)
- British Association of Dietetics Management/Leadership programme or equivalent training (desirable)

Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Dietician to join our team. This is a key leadership role within Cromwell Hospital to lead the delivery and development of our first class, Dietetic Services. You will lead a friendly, dynamic, and forward-thinking department who provide excellent patient centred care, using the latest evidence-based practice in both inpatients and outpatients; to lead in the provision and specialist clinical management of dietetic services, supporting the team, to deliver safe care, excellent patient experience and meet revenue targets.
