About the Job
Our travel specialists are experienced in providing great customer service whilst booking a customer's tailor-made golf holiday.

As a travel specialist you will be responsible for booking every aspect of a customer's experience, from accommodation to flights to transfers and tee times.

We are looking for people to join our team who are passionate about travel and excited to work for one of the top niche travel brands in the UK.

Do I need to be a golfer?No

We are a travel company and golf is just one part of our product.

If you are willing to learn, we would love to teach you everything you need to know about our product, although we are not promising to make you the next Tiger Woods.

All you need is a passion for travel and a desire to learn.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as part of our DMC team at our new office in St.

Andrews, Fife, Scotland.

As a Sales Agent you will be on the front line of our business as the first point of contact for customers looking to book incredible golf experiences.

This is a fast paced and challenging role where you will be liaising between clients and venues to book all elements of a customer's golf trip.

This role will be part of a brand new team and as such, there will be great opportunities for progression and personal development as we continue to grow our team.

If you have a passion for golf and travel with great communication skills and an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Golf Experience isn't essential, however as golf is something you will be communicating about on a day to day basis, an interest would be valuable

Key General Responsibilities:

Checking availability and creating itineraries for clients
Making reservations with suppliers, and ensuring correct invoicing of products
Amending reservations, and adjusting costs within contracted terms
Ensuring the completion of customer requests in accordance with the set SLA's
Ensure compliance with all business operating procedures
Inputting rates, and loading new images into our CMS, as well as updating product descriptions
