What will you be working on
- Leading a team of high performing field sales executives
- Ensuring the team provide a high level of customer service to enable them to exceed their sales targets
- Regularly provide your team with coaching to facilitate their sales conversion targets
- Responsible for achieving both personal and individual team targets
- Provide excellent customer service and be a brand ambassador in line with GoFibre standards
- Manage and resolve incoming queries from the field sales executives
- Travel to areas allocated by the field sales manager to carry out lead generation or Sales
- This may include events or roadshows
- Responsible for daytoday management of allocated field sales executives, including the day, weekly and monthly checkins to ensure sales targets are achieved
- To drive lead generation within their team when requested by the field sales manager or sales director
What will you bring to the role?
What experience is critical to the role
- Previous experience in a fast paced sales position is essential
- Experience of managing and leading a remote sales team
- Previous direct sales/D2D canvassing
- Full, clean UK drivers licence
What personal qualities are required**- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, internally and externally
- Agile, flexible and capable of working in fast paced environment
