About the team:

Our Income Generation Directorate raises around £40m a year to support Shelter's work and is made up of five teams
High Value Partnerships, Individual Giving, Community and Events, Retail and Planning and Improvement. Trusts and Foundations is part of the High Value Partnerships team and currently has nine members of staff eight fundraisers and a grants manager. This is your opportunity to join them and play an important role in their future.

About the role:

About you:

To succeed, you'll need proven relevant experience gained in a fundraising environment and a real desire to further develop. You'll also need to be proactive and systematic in approaching funders and have a flair for engaging and managing internal stakeholder relationships. Comfortable working on your own initiative or as part of a team, you have what it takes to manage a regular mailing using a fundraising database and mail merge. What's more, you're happy to share your knowledge and skills with the wider High Value Partnerships team and play your part in crossteam projects when required.
