The Role

They are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who is conscientious about the overall health of the tech team which consists of around 68 engineers (front and backend mix)
The culture here is super important so having someone who has strong people management skills and experience would be welcomed with open arms.
Such as
Building a team that balances strength and expertise
Driving alignment and collaboration and resolving any conflict
Coaching and development 1:1s, continuous actionable feedback, support, and career development plans, growth opportunities etc.
Build a diverse set of complementary skills/ideas
Maintaining a healthy level of urgency but preventing burnout ??
Also looking for someone with experience with
Working in partnership with product to align to business goals with support from the Tech Lead
Ideally, someone who has worked in a startup/scaleup
Experience with working and building native apps (React Native) that are customercentric
Roadmapping and ensuring deadlines are hit, within budget and to a high standard
