Senior Employment Solicitor

What You're Looking For:

A dynamic, ambitious and expanding award winning firm, who provide a range of services to corporate and private clients across the UK and Europe.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a brilliant Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join a thriving Employment Team, working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsibilities:

General employment advisory work
Become wellnetworked in the local business community
Support a senior partner and senior solicitor with a comprehensive caseload, whilst also running own cases, including predominantly respondent files with some claimant work.

Qualities you possess;

Relevant Professional Qualification minimum 1 + years PQE
Strong legal skills in Employment setting
Previous employment within a respondent employment law environment is preferred
Experience in both contentious and noncontentious employment law preferred
A strong academic record is preferred

Nice to have:

A measured and rational approach to problemsolving
Ability to deliver under pressure and maintain a high level of performance in assigned areas of work
Flexibility to respond quickly and effectively.
