    Sales / Customer Service Support Administrator

    £22,000- £24,000 per annum

    Exciting opportunity to join a family-run business in Pudsey as a Sales / Customer Service Support Administrator.     POST Recruitment is currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Acknowledging and processing customer orders primarily via email, with occasional telephonic/Skype communication
    • Checking stock availability within the supply chain
    • Scheduling outgoing mail/package collections and handling necessary customs forms for international orders
    • Ensuring data protection and confidentiality, handling sensitive documents appropriately
    • Managing customer complaints and returns professionally, seeking suitable resolutions
    • Updating customers on pricing and new products as directed
    • Maintaining the Order Database on a daily basis
    • Handling embroidery pricing and processes, offering product suggestions to customers
    • Coordinating sample requests, preparing goods for trade shows and managing inventory
    • Researching price comparisons of suppliers and managing office stock
