We are searching
for

Executive Housekeeper to join out team at Chateau Denmark.


Understanding each and every component that goes into the guest experience is key in order to convey the brand's philosophy of "no half measures" in terms of both creativity and excellence.

Solution driven you'll pay close attention to every part of the guest's journey, ensuring a results driven approach at all times that appears both seamless and effortless.


Being a department leader, you'll be able to shift from inter-department discussions in order to orchestrate and deliver the most important part of the Chateau Denmark experience.

Your role

  • Control, monitor and analyse, quality standards in guest accommodation and public areas relating to Chateau Denmark within the following areas:
  • Stock control_
  • Cleaning and preparation of guest accommodation_
  • Presentation, cleanliness and quality of linen, outfits and all items related to housekeeping function_
  • Revenue and cost control_
  • Condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment_
  • Guest satisfaction and feedback_
  • Monitor overall service delivery across the department in accordance with Housekeeping and ensure that all team members follow the order of service correctly within their respective roles
  • Carry out regular spot checks on number of rooms and apartments, ensuring standards are maintained.
  • Play an active role in the development of Chateau Denmark concepts, amenities, linen and housekeeping supplies though the sharing of ideas and suggestions with the management team to enhance the guest experience.
  • Effectively handle any negative guest feedback or complaints in accordance with Chateau Denmark guidelines.
  • Implement systems and procedures to effectively profile guests.
  • Comply with hotel safety and security.
  • Ensure that all team members receive mandatory and statutory training.
