Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary:
£28,000 to £35,000 per annum
Employment type:
Full-time, Permanent
Our well-established client is looking for a bookkeeper to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office as well as the accounting procedures. Do you have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role?
Your main duties:
- Responsible for the bookkeeping of the company up until trial balance
- Preparing Payroll and VAT returns
- Month end journals
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Profit and loss reporting
- Leasing with HMRC and preparing pension submissions
You will be:
- Experience with Office Management is desirable
- Great organisation and strong communication
- AAT Level 3, or equivalent
- Confident user of Xero and Excel
