A permanent Leadership Development position in an international diverse business sitting within the L&D team that will grow and develop your career

Morgan McKinley are searching for a permanent Leadership and Development Delivery Specialist to work within a vibrant focused HR team based from home with offices based in Reading and Manchester and Midland.

The main duties of this role are listed below:

Design and deliver the leadership development programme
Manage the learning curriculum
Support the roll out of group behaviour and leadership workshops
Update with the L&D hub, writing content and uploading relevant content
Onboarding third party suppliers
Support and lead leadership projects and so much more.

We are looking for a Leadership Development specialist from a large matrixed corporate organisation. You will be highly organised, hungry to grow and learn and have proven leadership and development experience. The salary is from £45-50,000 plus bonus. Thisrole offers a clear career path and opportunity to develop.
