Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and answer any questions they may have.
  • Provide information on billing and coverage options.
  • Answer any customer complaints, coordinate with the appropriate staff member to resolve the issue and/or issue, and follow up with customers to notify them of resolution.
  • Build long term relationships with customers to ensure quality
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are aware of upcoming charges and other updates related to their accounts.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are included in company growth plans and update them on their accounts.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Graduate


Salary:
£22,990.00-£23,645.00 per year
