Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and answer any questions they may have.
- Provide information on billing and coverage options.
- Answer any customer complaints, coordinate with the appropriate staff member to resolve the issue and/or issue, and follow up with customers to notify them of resolution.
- Build long term relationships with customers to ensure quality
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are aware of upcoming charges and other updates related to their accounts.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are included in company growth plans and update them on their accounts.

Salary:
£22,990.00-£23,645.00 per year
