Team Administrator: 12-months Temporary Role£15.00ph-ASAP Start
Accessible from Gunnersbury, Chiswick Park, Kew Bridge
9am to 5pm (hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 days home)
The world's second largest wine and spirits distributor is seeking a talented Team Assistant to join their friendly office for a 12 month temporary assignment.
A fabulous working environment with the opportunity to grow and develop in the role, you will be working closely with the board directors preforming tasks such as booking holidays, arranging team meetings, managing expenses and other ad hoc Administrative duties.
The Role:
- Manage the Directors' diaries and travel arrangements nationally and internationally via the outsourced travel company
- Update databases, excel spreadsheet and ensuring everything is up to date
- Arrange IT/team meetings and team events
- Management of MIS customer services maintenance contracts and maintain the company excel tracker for operating and capital expenditure
- At least 2 years of Administrative experience
- A selfstarter with a can do attitude and creative approach to problem solving
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise a fluctuating workload
- Ability to liaise with staff, suppliers and clients when necessary
- Intermediate Excel/PowerPoint
- Experience managing and collating expenses, raising POs and analysing Data sets have the confidence to query any missing details
