Job Description:

As the part time Finance Manager, duties will include:

  • Managing the day to day transactions within the company's accounts function
  • Liaising with the MD and creating weekly reports on debtors/creditors
  • Bank reconciliations
  • VAT returns
  • Arranging payments
  • Producing management accounts
  • Liaising with the accountants on outsourced payroll, supporting with year end
  • Adhoc reporting and associated duties relating to a small business
  • Proven accounts experience at finance manager / financial controller level
  • Knowledge/experience of Sage Business Cloud would be an advantage
  • Reverse charge VAT experience is an advantage
  • Strong time management
  • Good Excel skills formulas etc
Hours: 21 hours per week (Flexibility on days/hours worked)


Salary:
Negotiable dependent on experience
