Location:
North & East London.
Salary: 26K plus travel card zones 1-4 plus bonus on top of salary and benefits. Monday to Friday
The key element to being a great Relief Centre Operations Assistant is to be flexible and reliable.
Within the Team there is a wide variety of knowledge, experience and personality, which adds great diversity to the team and company as a whole.
Some membersof the team have been a part of the business for many years, moving from different Departments, adding great expertise and proficiency.
Although the team do not physically work together daily, it is very important to have good communication with all membersof the team to be up to date with any changes and or point of contact when on site.
The key objective is to ensure there is no break in the delivery of the customer service journey when regular Centre staff are absent.
Overall, a great team to be a part of,especially when they get to have some down time. Meeting up on a regular basis to celebrate individual and team achievements.Objectives:
To provide holiday and sickness cover at Business Centres across North & East London, to ensure continuity of:
- Excellent customer service and satisfaction
- High standards of presentation and maintenance of the business centre
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide first class customer service to all customers, and visitors to the Centre
- Liaise with all existing customers and potential new customers to strengthen and increase good customer relationships by understanding them and their business
- Ensure all day to day customer needs and complaints are handled quickly, efficiently and to ensure total customer satisfaction
Sales:
- Assist with sales by conducting viewings of vacant space in the absence of the Centre Manager
- Ideally familiar with telecoms industry terminology, USPs, sales process, and the ability to communicate this to potential customers
Team Work:
- Communicate well with colleagues to ensure you work together as a team, and take an enterprising approach to the role
- Deputise in the absence of the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager as and when required
Marketing:
- Promote the business through customer and general public contact
- Assist in organising, managing and hosting of events to help promote customers, build communities, new relationships with potential customers and relevant stakeholders
- Use relevant social media platforms (i.e. Instagram) to increase awareness of both customers and the Centre in the wider community in accordance with company policies
