We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team here at Holman UK.
You can travel into our new opened Birmingham offices, near the NEC or you'll need to come into our Head Office in Chippenham at least 3 days a please bear this in mind when applying.
This is a permanent opportunity and we are looking to pay between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.Key Responsibilities will include:
Manage compelling, end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with sales, to create demand for new business and engage renewed interest from existing clients
Partner closely with teams to establish and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in campaign and lead management while strengthening and accelerating pipelines for new customer acquisition
Engage hands-on with our content and chat platforms to set up, deploy, and analyse communications
Own campaign performance reporting and develop recommendations to improve continuously
Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign results, assess against goals/KPIs, identify trends and insights, and optimise to improve performance and key learnings.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaignsSupport all content marketing efforts and support strategy furthering Holman's strategic initiatives, particularly in sales, lead development, brand building and thought leadership
Liaise with all Holman divisions for the development of marketing content
Work with Holman divisions and the Marketing team to develop and produce marketing and sales collateral, which may involve research, writing, and editing.
Collateral may include sales brochures, case studies, publications, presentations, website content, newsletters, etc.Manage and partner with outside vendors and other external vendors as appropriate
Partner with the creative agency to create video content as needed
Create, manage and grow social media coverage, including campaigns and evergreen content.
Initiate and ensure delivery of media, advertising and marketing inquiries by trade publications
Oversee the company's website, including writing or editing copy and coordination with vendors or team members
Be a brand ambassador, including the development of branded content
Support sales in creating presentations and sales collateral, utilising SME and other stakeholders to achieve branded messaging.
Perform other campaign support duties and special projects as assigned
