Senior Customer Service Agent (Part Time weekends)

Derby

£12.08ph

Saturday 9am-5:30pm,Sunday 10am-4pm


An exciting opportunity to work for a high-end luxury brand, we are looking for a pro-active self starter to oversee the day to day functions of the customer service team.


What does the role involve:


  • Ensuring customer service agents are supported and achieving specified service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Upholding high customer expectation standards at all times
  • Resolve and support on escalated complaints or enquiries from the team/customers
  • Being accountable for daily tasks/reports within the CS Office
  • Performing return to work meetings and supervise weekend team staffing
