    Description

    Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Our client, an exciting organisation based in Lympne, is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance and contribute to the success of a thriving organisation.

    Accounts Administrator

    Hours:
    Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

    Location:
    Lympne, your own transport is required due to the location of the company

    Reconciliation of collections and deliveries.
    Completing weekly cost sheets in Excel for weekly billed customers.
    Ensuring all telephone calls and emails are answered promptly.
    Answering telephone calls as required during the day.
    Assisting with any additional tasks requested by the Accounts Manager.
    Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator
    Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
