Join our team at a pivotal time of growth and be a key player in our scale-up journey.

We're in search of a dedicated Electrical Estimator is to work within the Project Management team, working on projects up to a value of £2 Million within our different sectors.

Your role is responsible for the preparation of tenders, documentation, quotation submissions, securing projects and ensuring continued liaison with the client.

Opportunity:

Joining us, you will be an integral part of a forward-thinking team, working in close collaboration with the Directors, Project Managers, and Business Development Managers.

Your expertise will be pivotal in securing lucrative commercial and industrial installation and service contracts, ranging in value from £10K to £2m.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project scope.
Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify critical elements.
Engage professionally with clients to clarify queries and address tender addendums.
Prepare detailed material and labour cost estimates.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
Manage tender submission deadlines effectively, including adjustments and value engineering proposals as necessary.
Ensure accurate and transparent cost estimations for Director's review and final tender submission.
Postaward, work closely with contracts managers to guarantee efficient project execution.
Contribute to business development and lead generation efforts.
