Description

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role will help to create a clean and safe environment for everyone who works within the Hand Axe Yard Office.

You will ensure the office is kept to a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness for both employees and visitors to the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure reception is clean and clear of any rubbish at all times including the cleaning of countertops, tables, bins, floors, fridges, and coffee machine
  • Brush, hoover, and mop floors
  • Replenishment of tea and coffee in kitchen areas
  • Clear cups and clean tables in openplan workspaces
  • Clean kitchen areas including countertops, fridges, and empty dishwashers, replenish cutlery, cups, etc regularly throughout the day
  • Empty bins
  • Ensure bathroom areas are clean including showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Checking drains, and replenishing soap dispensers, toilet rolls, and sanitary bags.
  • Ensure the executive office is cleaned including the tables and countertops, replenishing cups and water jugs, and emptying bins
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy
  • Notify managers of any repairs that are required
  • The above list if not exhaustive, we are looking for a person who is happy to help out as requiredSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
