Your role

How would you like to work on an exciting new project in the front office of one of the largest Asset Management organizations in the world? We are hiring a team of skilled engineers to build a Cloud based Portfolio Management and Trading platform usingAzure,.NET, Kafka and React.

This will be a truly transformational project with support across the whole of Asset Management.

The goal is to create a simplified cloud native microservice architecture with a highly responsive front end, developed on our client'saward-winning NEO platform.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to:

Champion a DevSecOps culture with automation at its core.
Support engineers in building and maintain pipelines.
Deliver Azure infrastructure for the development teams.
Define and implement security, logging, and monitoring across the platform.
Automate and improve development and release processes.
Reduce lead time of business changes, increase deployment frequency, reduce time to restore service and reduce change failure rate for our business partners.

We are looking for someone who can clearly articulate what DevOps and DevSecOps mean to you, and what a healthy approach is to these concepts.

Your team

The front office technology teams are part of the Asset Management Investment Technology and provide high quality technology solutions to support Portfolio Management and Trading across Asset Management.

You will be part of small cross functional, distributed teams working in agile ways of working to deliver a first-class Portfolio Management and Trading platform.

Your expertise

Strong experience as a DevOps engineer.
Experience in driving DevSecOps adoption and defining best practice, and guiding engineers to adhere to these.
Experience with C# and.

NET Core.

Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Key Vault, Infrastructure as Code/Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes and PowerShell/YAML.
Experience with Gitlab
2+ years of proven experience with AKS
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in defining and implementing logging and monitoring strategies.
Experience defining and implementing security requirements.
Agile, Continuous Delivery and DevOps practices are part of your DNA.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, you like to figure out how things work.
Passion for learning and innovation.
