We are recruiting an experienced Customer Care Manager to join our ever-growing engineering sector client who will be looking to further expand within the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Customer Care is compliant with all the standard operating procedures.
  • Manage the Customer Care issues raised by clients and ensure they are effectively and professionally dealt with.
  • Liaise regularly with multiple areas of the business to minimise customer care issues.
  • Liaise with other departments across the business for large order as and when required.
  • Manage the fieldbased Customer Care teams diary and send weekly scheduled work updates.
  • Log all customer and client feedback.
