Denholm are delighted to be working with one of our largest UK-based Financial Services clients on hiring a fresh team of Product Owners to work across their technology function.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product management life cycle from design and build through to launch and maintenance.

This role will put you at the intersection of product design, technology and business coming up with innovativeideas to tackle customer problems and translating customer needs to product strategy, vision, road map, and backlog.

Responsibilities:

Promoting Agile practices and customer focus within teams
Create, review and prioritise the backlog which aligns to the product vision
Define and deliver products or solutions that meet the customer needs
Work closely with System and Solution Architects/Engineers to plan and replan the sequencing of Agile releases

Requirements:

Professional experience using and implementing Agile methodologies
Strong leadership skills in guiding and directing the organisation towards achieving desired outcomes
Experience in product/solution development and management, with knowledge of industry trends
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to assess needs and identify potential causes and barriers
Proficiency in agile release planning and backlog management
Experience in developing and managing Lean business cases
Ability to track and maximise business benefits
Strong planning and performance management skills.
