Teaching Assistant - Park Academy, Boston

Salary Grade G3 6-9 £17, £18,786.86 actual salary

32.5 hours per week, term time only

Temporary for 1 year

To start as soon as possible

Our children are diverse, energetic and love practical learning. Our staff are determined to help all children succeed to the best of their ability.

For that reason, we are seeking a Teaching Assistant who is a great fit for our team, possibly with some experience under their belt working with children in a similar setting.

They will be a person who can bring enthusiasm and a very positive mindset to the role, as well as being able to demonstrate warmth and compassion for our children and families.


Situated in the centre of Boston and educating children from 5-11 years old, Park Academy is a school where a love of learning is evident.


Learners are highly valued at the vibrant and thriving academy, which features a large outdoor space and even includes its own woodland.


All adults employed by the Trust have a responsibility for data protection and have a duty to observe and follow the principles of the GDPR Regulations.


All applicants must be able to provide evidence of their Right to Work in the UK prior to commencement of employment.

As part of our need to comply with UK immigration rules, you will be required to provide Home Office stipulated documentation prior to interview.


_Fluency Duty_:


  • In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post._
