Description

SLG Recruitment is recruiting on an exclusive basis for a Personal Assistant/Line Manager for an international organisation based in Inverclyde.

This role would be suited to a support professional who is looking for a dual role providing team support to executives and line management of a small admin team.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the core focus will include diary management, travel coordination, minute taking, organising meetings/travel, liaising with key stakeholders, and line management.

This role will be office based, full time Mon to Thurs 8am to 4pm & Fri 8am to 1pm.


Key Duties

  • Line management duties for the administration team (3 in total)
  • Diary Management for the Directors
  • Coordinating travel and internal/external meetings
  • Creating meeting packs in advance, minute taking, and producing agendas
  • Expense management
  • Providing support to the EA to CEO as and when required

Key Skills

  • Experienced in providing team PA support
  • Line Management responsibilities
  • Extensive diary management experience
  • Minute/note taking for meetings
  • Advanced user of MS Office-Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
