My well known, leading software provider client, with an office based in Wigan, are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Customer Support Advisor to join their business with immediate effect on a full time, temporary basis.

- £10.42 per hour

  • Free Parking on site
  • Excellent working hours of Monday-Friday 9AM 5PM

About the role


As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be supporting my client's customers, therefore will need to possess excellent customer service skills and be passionate about providing a fantastic customer experience.


Daily Duties

  • Answer incoming cases from customers requiring support on my client's products.
  • Create support ticket in the CRM system recording all relevant information to aid investigation/resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve queries by using FAQ's, knowledge base and own investigative skills.
  • Escalate more complex queries to the 2nd Line Support team where appropriate.
  • Achieve personal and departmental performance targets set out for 1st Line Customer
  • Support team.
  • Complete all mandatory training (current data protection modules).

Specification

  • Experience in a customer facing role, including telephonebased experience.
  • Good understanding of IT principles. Familiar using Microsoft Office.
