My well known, leading software provider client, with an office based in Wigan, are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Customer Support Advisor to join their business with immediate effect on a full time, temporary basis.
- £10.42 per hour- Free Parking on site
- Excellent working hours of Monday-Friday 9AM 5PM
About the role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be supporting my client's customers, therefore will need to possess excellent customer service skills and be passionate about providing a fantastic customer experience.
Daily Duties
- Answer incoming cases from customers requiring support on my client's products.
- Create support ticket in the CRM system recording all relevant information to aid investigation/resolution.
- Investigate and resolve queries by using FAQ's, knowledge base and own investigative skills.
- Escalate more complex queries to the 2nd Line Support team where appropriate.
- Achieve personal and departmental performance targets set out for 1st Line Customer
- Support team.
- Complete all mandatory training (current data protection modules).
Specification
- Experience in a customer facing role, including telephonebased experience.
- Good understanding of IT principles. Familiar using Microsoft Office.
