Are you looking for a varied role within Secondary Education?

MILK Education are looking for flexible and enthusiastic cover supervisors with great behaviour management abilities across South London area. Roles are available on a part time or full time basis with vacancies ranging from day to day and short term to long term and permanent.

You will be required to assist with the delivery of daily lessons during planned or unplanned absences. This will involve you taking control in the absence of a teacher, conducting pre planned lessons, appropriately managing behaviour as per schools policy and adequately handing over to the teacher.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Covering lessons in the absence of teachers.
• Ensuring students remain engaged and on task during lessons.
• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
• Following the school's policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with teaching staff and school leaders.

Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to effectively manage a classroom.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' learning.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is an advantage but not essential.
