We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities
  • Utilize 10key typing skills to accurately input financial data
  • Analyze accounts and provide recommendations for improvement or costsaving opportunities
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
