An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate hands-on Head Housekeeper to support the housekeeping teams at Zedwell Piccadilly Circus.
You will be an accomplished Head Housekeeper who shares our passion for delivering amazing and outstanding guest service.What are we looking for?
Solid managerial housekeeping experience within high volume budget hotel 500+ bedrooms.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Someone who is happy to develop efficient and cost-saving ideas.
Person who challenges the norm.
Hands-on approach.
Experience using Knowcross and Harri system.
The role:
Managing all housekeeping operation within Zedwell Piccadilly Circus.
Training and developing our housekeeping teams (including Room Attendants, Porters, Supervisors)
Conduct daily spot checks of hotel areas.
Overall responsibility for staff recruitment, retention, and induction.
Set and manage housekeeping budgets, contract, and suppliers (e.g., guest supplies, laundry, and chemicals)
